Agreement Overview

1. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing, browsing, or registering on QualityDatingAdvice - including all related subdomains, mobile interfaces, and services - you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this user agreement. If you do not agree to any part of these terms of service, you must discontinue use immediately.

These terms constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User," "you," or "your") and QualityDatingAdvice ("we," "us," or "our"). This agreement supplements our Privacy Policy, which governs the collection and processing of your personal data. Together, these documents form the complete user agreement for the platform.

Your continued use of QualityDatingAdvice after any revision to these terms signifies acceptance of the updated provisions. We recommend bookmarking this page and reviewing it periodically.

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

To use QualityDatingAdvice as a registered member, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher).
• You must provide a valid email address and accurate personal information during registration.
• You must complete our identity verification process, including selfie matching and document review, within 72 hours of signup.
• You must not have been previously banned or suspended from QualityDatingAdvice or any affiliated service.
• You must be legally permitted to use online dating services in your country of residence.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. Notify our support team immediately at our contact page if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Rules of User Conduct

QualityDatingAdvice is committed to providing a safe, respectful environment for genuine cross-cultural connections. All members must adhere to the following conduct standards. Violation of any rule may result in immediate account suspension or permanent ban without refund.

Prohibited Behaviours

1. Misrepresentation: Creating a profile with false information, stolen photos, or fabricated personal details.
2. Harassment: Sending unsolicited explicit content, threats, hate speech, or repeatedly contacting a member who has declined communication.
3. Fraud and Scams: Requesting money, financial information, or gifts from other members under any pretext. Review our safety tips for details on recognizing scam patterns.
4. Commercial Solicitation: Promoting products, services, or third-party platforms without written authorization from QualityDatingAdvice.
5. Illegal Activity: Using the platform to facilitate any activity that violates local, national, or international law.
6. Automated Access: Using bots, crawlers, scrapers, or automated tools to extract data or interact with the platform.
7. Multiple Accounts: Maintaining more than one active account per individual.
8. Impersonation: Posing as another person, organization, or QualityDatingAdvice staff member.

We encourage members to report any violation through the in-app reporting tool or by contacting our 24/7 moderation team. Reports are reviewed within 12 minutes on average, and confirmed violators are removed immediately.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on QualityDatingAdvice - including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and the underlying code - is the property of QualityDatingAdvice or its content licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works from any material on this platform without prior written consent. The QualityDatingAdvice name, logo, and all associated branding elements are registered trademarks. Unauthorized use constitutes a violation of trademark law and may result in legal action.

5. Limitation of Liability

QualityDatingAdvice provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

In no event shall QualityDatingAdvice, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages - including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses - arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, regardless of whether such damages were foreseeable or whether we were advised of their possibility.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to QualityDatingAdvice in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to such liability. If you are a free-tier member, our maximum liability is limited to fifty US dollars ($50).

6. Account Termination

You may close your account at any time by visiting your account settings or contacting our support team through the contact page. Upon termination, your profile, messages, and uploaded content will be permanently deleted within 30 days in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

QualityDatingAdvice reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, engages in prohibited conduct, or poses a risk to other members or the integrity of the platform. We may also terminate dormant accounts that have been inactive for more than 24 consecutive months after providing 30 days' advance notice via email.

7. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify this user agreement at any time. When changes are material - meaning they affect your rights or obligations - we will notify registered members by email at least 14 days before the new terms take effect. Non-material updates, such as formatting corrections or clarifications, may be applied immediately.

The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of QualityDatingAdvice after the effective date of any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms of service.

8. Contact and Governing Law

This user agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Wilmington, Delaware.

If any provision of this agreement is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
